Was there at my appointment time (first one of the morning) unloaded quickly, paperwork and on the road asap. Super nice folks, from the girls in the office to the guys on the docks.
Nice people.
I got here 1 hour before appointment and I got a door right away! A little over 2 hours loading and I was out! I don't know if it was the broker rushing them or they were just quick!
Monday July 17th appointment was at 6:30 a.m. arrived at 6 a.m. unload time was an hour great but the lady in receiving was horrible rude disrespectful wouldn't look you in the eye if you were trying to talk to her only gave me back one bill of lading when I had 2 argued that I only had one when I needed both copies had to ask her for all the bills so I could show her informed us that she could read well we realize that she can read but we wanted to see all the bill of lading so we could show her that we had two separate ones and of course we did and did she apologize no. This person should have no capacity in customer service whatsoever.
